Associate Athletic Director, Personal Development

Lisa Auld joined Student-Athlete Enrichment Programs and Services in August 2023. She serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development. In this role she collaborates with administrators and coaches to continue building a program that supports and prepares USC student-athletes for success, both on and off the field of play.

Lisa most recently worked as a consultant doing business strategy and leadership development in corporate and athletic spaces. Previously, she spent 12 years at the University of Pittsburgh and helped to build one of the largest Life Skills programs in the country. She developed pillars for service delivery, led programming to support the holistic development of student-athletes for all sports, and spearheaded initiatives for former student-athlete engagement, including launching a mentoring program connecting current and former student-athletes. Lisa also served on numerous athletic, university, and conference committees including leading the Mental Health Task Force, serving on the ACC Task Force and Awards Committee, serving on the NIL Task Force, the Provost’s Personalized Education initiative, an NCAA National Championship host planning committee, and was a member of the transition team focused on moving into the ACC. Additionally, Lisa is an Adjunct Professor and Licensed Professional Counselor certified in Sports Counseling, Emotional Intelligence Training, MBTI, Predictive Index, Huddle Up Facilitation, and ‘The Daring Way’ Curriculum by Brené Brown. Lisa started her career in athletic footwear and apparel sales and marketing working for companies And 1 Basketball, Timberland, and Converse. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and her master’s degree from California University of Pa.
